• Arrhythmia: If you have an arrhythmia, using this product to measure blood pressure may result in significant data errors.

• Circulatory Issues: This product measures radial blood pressure at the wrist. Users with high blood viscosity, poor circulation, or vascular sclerosis (such as those with diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, or cerebral thrombosis) may experience inaccurate measurements.

• Position: Keep your wrist at the same level as your heart during measurement.

• Preparation: Do not perform vigorous exercise within 5–10 minutes before measuring.

• During Measurement: Remain seated or lying down, and do not talk until the measurement is complete.

• Suitable for: Shallow water activities, such as swimming in pools or near the coastline.

• Not Suitable for: Hot showers, hot springs, saunas (steam rooms), platform diving, high-pressure rinsing, scuba diving, or technical diving.

• Important: Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time due to daily wear and tear. After swimming in the ocean, always rinse the watch with fresh water.

• Strap Warning: Leather and metal straps are not designed to withstand swimming or heavy sweat. For water activities, silicone or fluoroelastomer straps are recommended.
